CVRM Marketing Lead, BBU Baltics
Brief job description
Role purpose is to Lead the end‑to‑end CVRM marketing strategy across the Baltics (Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia) to maximize portfolio value throughout the lifecycle. The role integrates global strategy with local market realities, optimizes positioning across indications, identifies growth opportunities, and orchestrates cross‑functional execution to deliver sustainable market and brand growth.
Key responsibilities
- Strategy and planning: Own the integrated CVRM portfolio strategy across all indications and countries, including long‑term brand planning, market/brand positioning, and mid‑term portfolio roadmaps. Set ambitious, data‑driven sales and growth targets and define clear success metrics.
- Indication and portfolio synergy: Ensure a unified, indication‑inclusive strategy that leverages synergies across brands and indications; prioritize resources based on value and lifecycle stage.
- Market insights and forecasting: Lead market sizing, opportunity/threat assessment, and competitive intelligence. Build and own forecasts across the three markets; continuously track trends and adjust plans accordingly.
- Global–local integration: Translate and adapt global CVRM strategies to Baltic realities; ensure alignment with global brand teams and therapy area leadership, while advocating for Baltic needs and opportunities.
- Country activation and execution: Oversee development and timely delivery of country tactical plans and budgets. Ensure availability and quality of promotional materials, value propositions, and omnichannel campaigns that meet local regulations and customer needs.
- Cross‑functional leadership: Partner closely with Sales Managers and Medical, Market Access, Regulatory, and Compliance to deliver the value proposition, enable impactful field execution, and drive pull‑through of campaigns and training.
- Team leadership and coaching: Lead, develop, and coach local marketing/brand managers; cultivate an externally focused, customer‑centric, high‑performance culture that fosters creativity, innovation, and flawless execution.
- Governance and compliance: Ensure full compliance with internal policies, local laws, and industry codes across all marketing activities and partnerships.
- Stakeholder and ecosystem engagement: Build relationships that enhance customer value, including promotional partnerships and integration with healthcare system priorities where appropriate and compliant.
- Performance management: Establish KPIs, track performance, and course‑correct to deliver commercial targets across markets and indications.
Education, qualifications, skills and experience
- University degree in marketing, management, life sciences or related field.
- Extensive pharmaceutical marketing experience, including portfolio or multi brand leadership; CVRM therapy area experience strongly preferred.
- Proven success adapting global strategies to local markets and delivering growth across multiple countries or clusters.
- Strong people leadership experience, including coaching and developing marketers and leading without direct authority.
- Demonstrated strength in strategic planning, forecasting, and data driven decision making.
- Excellent cross functional collaboration
- Knowledge of regulations and ethical standards in pharmaceutical marketing
- Knowledge of the healthcare environment
- Fluency in English and one of Baltic languages (Lithuanian, Estonian, Latvian)
